Whaley Products can build any custom chilling system involving pump tank systems for chillers and/or evaporative fluid coolers. A typical system might include an air cooled glycol chiller, chill water pump tank, and a glycol/water heat transfer package that would include:

~stainless steel plate heat exchanger
~3-way brass valve
~inlet strainers and gauges
~65 Gallon glycol tank
~1 HP glycol pump
~2 HP supply pump

The glycol / water heat transfer package would provide freeze protection and allows the chiller to operate lower than water supply temp which allows quicker cool down. Pump and Tank Auxiliary Equipment
